Found a problem?

Open Settings → REPORT A PROBLEM in the game and describe what happened. The report includes the version, device information and available gameplay context.

SEND BY EMAIL prepares the report in your email app. Review it and send it there yourself; nothing is sent automatically. If the email app does not open, use COPY REPORT. Discord is not required.

Optional test features — no real purchases

Core single-player gameplay can be played offline. Optional rewarded demo ads offer one revive per ride or double Scrap after a victory; they are not required to play.

Store test packs use a free local purchase simulation: Ember Jack plus 15,000 Scrap after clearing Rust Grid, or Volt Nomad plus 35,000 Scrap after clearing Dead Mile. Any displayed prices are planned labels only; nothing is charged. Existing claimed packs do not pay Scrap again.

This is a test build. Physical-device performance, ad playback and balance are still being checked; no phone performance guarantee is implied.

Development and media

AI assistance is used for code, artwork and copy. Screenshots show actual rendering from prepared desktop development scenes; the animation uses released 0.8.13 game content recorded on 21 September 2026. These are not Android phone captures or phone performance measurements.

Operator and contact. Patrik Ludvig (Spike_SVK) operates THROTTLEFALL. Privacy questions, support requests and requests to exercise your data rights: patrikludvig321@gmail.com.

Builds and children. Closed-test version 0.9.10 disables advertising and UMP consent requests for players under 18, those who prefer not to state their age and unanswered age choices. Their game does not initialize or load advertising. The neutral choice (under 18, 18 or older, prefer not to say) is saved only on the device and remembered after ordinary updates. No birth date is requested. Normal closed-test builds have no age-reset-for-rewards control. Clearing Android storage or uninstalling may remove the choice and local progress. Under-18 and unknown-age players cannot compose, copy or email an in-game support report or open external credit links; they see an instruction to ask a parent or guardian to contact support. Privacy information remains available. Older itch.io 0.8.18 and Google Play 0.9.0 downloads lack these protections and must not be used for child testing. Developer PRIVACY QA builds 0.9.5–0.9.9 tested restricted ads with adult internal testers only; they are not the closed-test child configuration.

Local information. Progress, currencies, unlocks, settings and ride recovery are stored locally. No game account is required and the developer does not automatically receive your save. Optional performance measurement is off by default; when enabled, FPS, frame timings, stalls and enemy counts stay in session memory. The game has no automatic developer analytics or crash-report uploader.

Optional advertising. Android test builds contain Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) and Google UMP. In closed-test 0.9.10 only adults may use optional demo ads, after a successful permitted UMP check; ads remain off while checking or on failure. Adults receive required forms and can reopen available choices in Settings → Privacy. Remembering age is not advertising consent. Even demo ads contact Google, which may process IP address and approximate location, device information/identifiers, ad interactions and diagnostics for delivery, measurement and fraud prevention. The game does not send Google your save or support email contents. The game configures G general-audience content, disables personalization and publisher first-party ID, and does not use automatic test-device ID discovery. Watching an ad for a revive or double Scrap is voluntary; you may keep the original reward and continue without one. Closed-test 0.9.10 uses Google demo units, with no production ad revenue enabled. No ads or UMP requests run for under-18 or unknown-age players in this build.

Support you choose to send. The in-game report shows your description, game version, device model and OS, language/control settings, ride context and any available performance readings. It does not automatically attach a save or a unique device identifier. Email opens your mail application: you review, edit, attach files if desired and send it yourself. We then receive your email address, message, display name if provided and attachments. Copy Report only copies text to the device clipboard. Do not include passwords or unrelated personal information. We use reports to answer requests and diagnose/fix bugs, not for advertising profiles or selling personal data. Our basis for this support processing is our legitimate interest in responding to voluntarily submitted requests and maintaining the game.

Retention and deletion. Support emails and attachments are deleted within 90 days after resolution. Technical bug records may remain after personal details are removed. You may request deletion at the contact above, including before resolution. Reset Progress resets game progression; Android Clear storage removes local app data and preferences. Neither action deletes email already sent or data independently processed by Google.

Providers and transfers. Support is received through Gmail; the sender's email provider also processes delivery. Google operates internationally and may process data outside your country, including outside the EEA, under the safeguards described in its policies. Ad SDK traffic uses TLS; we do not promise end-to-end email encryption. See Google Privacy Policy, Google advertising information and Google data-transfer frameworks. This webpage, comments and downloads are hosted by itch.io under its privacy policy; external credit/license links have their own policies.

Purchases and rights. Bike packs in the itch.io 0.8.18 build and standard closed Alpha through 0.9.13 remain free local simulations with illustrative prices. The separate, adult owner-only 0.9.13-billing-qa build adds an optional Google Play checkout for a prototype cosmetic preview with no gameplay benefits. For a free test, the approved license tester must choose a Google Play test payment method; a test track alone does not make every payment free. Google processes checkout and purchase records under its policies. The app receives product and purchase status, purchase token, order information and signed purchase data to verify, acknowledge and restore the preview. This data is held in memory during the app session, is not written to game saves or logs, and is not sent to a developer server. Purchase acknowledgements are sent to Google Play. The app does not receive payment-card or bank-account details. You can play without opening the purchase test. Clearing local data does not delete Google's transaction records. Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal data, object to legitimate-interest processing, and complain to your data-protection authority. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. Use the in-game privacy options for supported advertising choices and the contact above for developer support data. This policy will be updated when the game's data practices change.

Verzie a detskí hráči. Verzia 0.9.10 pre uzavretý test vypína reklamy aj požiadavky súhlasov UMP pri veku pod 18 rokov, neuvedenom veku a nezodpovedanej voľbe. Hra pre tieto skupiny neinicializuje ani nenačítava reklamy. Neutrálna voľba (menej ako 18, 18 a viac, nechcem uviesť) zostáva iba v zariadení aj po bežných aktualizáciách. Dátum narodenia nežiadame. Bežná verzia uzavretého testu nemá reset veku na získanie reklamných odmien. Vymazanie úložiska Androidu alebo odinštalovanie môže odstrániť voľbu aj lokálny postup. Pri veku pod 18 alebo neuvedenom veku nemožno v hre písať, kopírovať ani posielať hlásenia podpore ani otvárať externé odkazy na autorov; hra požiada o kontaktovanie podpory rodičom alebo zákonným zástupcom. Informácie o súkromí zostávajú dostupné. Staršie stiahnutia itch.io 0.8.18 a Google Play 0.9.0 tieto ochrany nemajú a nie sú určené na testovanie s deťmi. Vývojárske verzie PRIVACY QA 0.9.5–0.9.9 skúšali obmedzené reklamy iba s dospelými internými testermi; nejde o detské nastavenie uzavretého testu.

Lokálne údaje. Postup, herné meny, odomknutý obsah, nastavenia a obnovenie jazdy sa ukladajú v zariadení. Herný účet nie je potrebný a uložený postup sa automaticky neposiela vývojárovi. Voliteľné meranie výkonu je predvolene vypnuté; po zapnutí zostávajú FPS, časy snímok, záseky a počty nepriateľov v pamäti aktuálneho hrania. Hra automaticky neposiela vývojárovi analytiku ani hlásenia pádov.

Dobrovoľné reklamy. Testovacie Android verzie obsahujú Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) a Google UMP. V uzavretom teste 0.9.10 môžu dobrovoľné demo reklamy používať iba dospelí po úspešnom povolenom overení UMP; počas overovania alebo pri chybe sú vypnuté. Dospelí dostávajú požadované formuláre a dostupné voľby môžu znovu otvoriť v Nastavenia → Súkromie. Zapamätanie veku nenahrádza reklamný súhlas. Aj demo reklamy kontaktujú Google, ktorý môže spracúvať IP adresu a približnú polohu, údaje a identifikátory zariadenia, reklamné interakcie a diagnostiku na doručenie, meranie a ochranu pred podvodmi. Hra neposiela Googlu uložený postup ani obsah podpory. Nastavujeme obsah G pre všeobecné publikum, vypíname personalizáciu aj identifikátor vydavateľa a nepoužívame automatické zisťovanie ID testovacieho zariadenia. Oživenie a zdvojenie šrotu reklamou sú dobrovoľné; pôvodnú odmenu si možno ponechať a pokračovať bez reklamy. Verzia 0.9.10 používa demo jednotky Googlu bez ostrých reklamných príjmov. Pri veku pod 18 alebo neuvedenom veku v tejto verzii neprebiehajú reklamy ani požiadavky UMP.

Dobrovoľná podpora. Hlásenie zobrazuje váš opis, verziu hry, model a systém zariadenia, jazyk a ovládanie, údaje o jazde a dostupné merania výkonu. Automaticky neprikladá save ani jedinečný identifikátor zariadenia. E-mailové tlačidlo otvorí vašu poštovú aplikáciu; obsah skontrolujete, upravíte, prípadne priložíte súbory a odošlete sami. Dostaneme aj adresu odosielateľa, správu, prípadné zobrazované meno a prílohy. Kopírovanie iba vloží text do schránky zariadenia. Neposielajte heslá ani nesúvisiace osobné údaje. Hlásenia používame na odpovede a opravy chýb, nie na reklamné profilovanie alebo predaj údajov. Právnym základom je náš oprávnený záujem vybaviť dobrovoľne zaslané požiadavky a udržiavať hru.

Uchovávanie a vymazanie. E-maily podpory aj prílohy vymažeme najneskôr do 90 dní od vyriešenia. Technické záznamy chýb môžu zostať po odstránení osobných údajov. O vymazanie môžete požiadať na uvedenej adrese aj pred vyriešením. Resetovať postup obnoví herný postup; Vymazať úložisko v Androide odstráni lokálne údaje aj nastavenia. Tieto kroky nevymažú odoslané e-maily ani údaje samostatne spracúvané Googlom.

Poskytovatelia a prenosy. Podporu prijímame cez Gmail; doručenie spracúva aj vaša poštová služba. Google pôsobí medzinárodne a môže spracúvať údaje mimo vašej krajiny vrátane územia mimo EHP podľa záruk uvedených v jeho zásadách. Reklamné SDK používa TLS; e-mailom nesľubujeme koncové šifrovanie. Pozrite zásady Googlu, informácie o reklamách a medzinárodné prenosy. Túto stránku, komentáre a sťahovanie zabezpečuje itch.io podľa svojich zásad súkromia. Externé stránky autorov a licencií majú vlastné zásady.

Nákupy a práva. Balíčky motoriek vo verzii itch.io 0.8.18 a bežnej uzavretej Alphe do 0.9.13 zostávajú bezplatnými lokálnymi simuláciami s ilustračnými cenami. Samostatná verzia 0.9.13-billing-qa, určená iba dospelému vlastníkovi, pridáva voliteľný nákup prototypu kozmetického náhľadu cez Google Play bez herných výhod. Pre bezplatný test musí schválený licenčný tester vybrať testovací spôsob platby Googlu; samotná účasť v testovacom kanáli nezaručuje bezplatnú platbu. Google spracúva nákup a jeho záznamy podľa svojich zásad. Aplikácia prijíma produkt a stav nákupu, nákupný token, údaje objednávky a podpísané údaje nákupu na overenie, potvrdenie a obnovenie náhľadu. Tieto údaje zostávajú v pamäti počas spustenia aplikácie, nezapisujú sa do uloženého postupu ani logov a neposielajú sa na server vývojára. Potvrdenie nákupu sa posiela službe Google Play. Aplikácia nedostáva údaje platobnej karty ani bankového účtu. Hrať môžete bez otvorenia testu nákupov. Vymazanie lokálnych údajov neodstráni záznamy nákupov Googlu. V rozsahu platného práva môžete žiadať prístup, opravu, vymazanie, obmedzenie alebo prenosnosť osobných údajov, namietať voči oprávnenému záujmu a podať sťažnosť dozornému orgánu. Súhlas môžete odvolať bez vplyvu na predchádzajúce zákonné spracúvanie. Reklamné voľby upravíte cez dostupné voľby súkromia v hre; údaje podpory riešte cez uvedený kontakt. Pri zmene spracúvania tieto zásady aktualizujeme.
